The McGrath SUCCEED Multimedia Program

This program is designed for in-house training of The McGrath SUCCEED System and for facilitating practice and skill development with already-trained personnel.

Organizations wishing to purchase the multimedia program must have at least one staff development professional who has completed The McGrath SUCEED with Supervision, Evaluation and Leadership Program live with a Certified McGrath Instructor.  This person will then be designated as a McGrath SUCCEED Facilitator. To maintain the integrity of the McGrath SUCCEED System and the quality of program delivery, the McGrath SUCCEED Facilitator must agree to present the multimedia program exactly as directed.

Program Components:

  • 5 Instructional Videos of Mary Jo McGrath delivering The McGrath SUCEED with Supervision, Evaluation and Leadership Program live with a studio audience
  • 1 Facilitator Orientation Video
  • 1 Facilitator Guide with step-by-step instructions for delivering the course and conducting discussions and skill development activities
  • 2 SUCCEED with Supervision Participant Manuals  (Note: The organization is required to purchase a user license and manual for each individual participant who is trained using the Multimedia Program.)

Titles may be purchased separately; however, it is recommended that the full series be purchased to reach all constituents.
