The McGrath SUCCEED Train the Trainers Program
The McGrath SUCCEED Train the Trainers program takes place over three consecutive days, followed by two consecutive days (six to eight weeks later) and is available after the basic SUCCEED Course. Participants who successfully complete the program become “Certified McGrath SUCCEED Instructors” and are authorized by McGrath Training Systems to conduct in-house training and provide coaching for district administrators within their own organizations under the McGrath License and Confidentiality Agreement. We train your group of candidates to deliver the two-day McGrath SUCCEED Course to supervisors and administrators within your organization and to facilitate the 9-month follow-up Mastery Curriculum.
In addition to conducting the course with new administrators, each Certified McGrath Instructor also mentors a group of up to 15 leaders who have completed the course. These McGrath Certified Instructors are also trained to provide on-site assistance, regular coaching and review of written work product. This one-on-one approach will create a partnership with your supervisors and administrators as they strive to impact teacher and staff performance. The Training of Trainers program also entails the purchase of a 3 year site license to deliver the SUCCEED Program within your school district, an agreement to train new administrators annually, and an annual McGrath Instructor Recertification Day for the 2 years following the Training of Trainers. You may, of course, renew your site license and annual Recertification Training after 3 years. |
