About Cecelia Hale

Cecelia Hale, EdD, has been a McGrath SUCCEED practitioner since 1996 and has been coaching and instructing others in the unique McGrath SUCCEED methodology since 2001. After nine years in the classroom, Dr. Hale served as a school administrator for 26 years, retiring in 2005 from her position as Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources, for Culver City Unified School District in California.

With McGrath, Dr. Hale has found a perfect avenue for expressing her passion for growing and developing school leaders to be at their best.  She brings her expertise and vast experience with curriculum and instruction, multicultural education, and human resources management to every McGrath program that she delivers.

Dr. Hale has trained thousands of school administrators, educators, and staff in a variety of topics during the course of her career. She is a vibrant, inspiring and compelling presenter and earns excellent ratings from McGrath program participants.
